Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All items go through quality control procedures before we send them out. Incase of damaged and defective items, contact us via our Facebook Page/ Messenger or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from receiving the item.
All returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to inspection. Items being returned must be unused and returned with their original packaging. Used or incomplete items may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Once approved or denied of your request to return or refund, we will inform you immediately.
Please note that all return-related shipping (to and from) will be shouldered by the client.
