Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All items go through quality control procedures before we send them out. Incase of damaged and defective items, contact us via our Facebook Page/ Messenger or email us at within 14 days from receiving the item.

All returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to inspection. Items being returned must be unused and returned with their original packaging. Used or incomplete items may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Once approved or denied of your request to return or refund, we will inform you immediately. 

Shipping costs (to and from) associated with returns or exchanges due to a change of mind will be shouldered by the customer. Conversely, shipping expenses (to and from) for returns due to damage will be assumed by the brand.
